The Ranch
Family built & operated since 1964, Triple Drop Ranch is nestled in Duval county just 9 miles from the closet town of San Diego, TX.

Nearly three decades ago, spotting a deer on the ranch—antlered or not—was a rarity. High hunting pressure from neighboring properties, coupled with a lack of conservation efforts, prevented the local wildlife from thriving as we knew it could. To turn things around, we high-fenced the 10,000-acre property, allowing the wildlife a chance to flourish. Today, it stands as an outdoorsman’s paradise—where native game roam freely, and the rich South Texas landscape offers an unmatched hunting experience.

While selective breeding has its place in the hunting world, we believe there’s something irreplaceable about a wild, native herd. With no introduced genetics or controlled breeding, our whitetail offer a rare and authentic South Texas hunting experience—one that can only be achieved through decades of dedicated management.
